At the beginning of the New Year, the company's subsidiary - Shengli hydraulic is catching up with the production season, sales shipments increased by 30% over the same period last year, showing a good opening of the year's production and sales of two prosperous atmosphere.

Under the background of the ongoing downturn in the manufacturing industry, Shengli Hydraulic has continuously adjusted its business strategy and set up a new market development department to adapt to the rapidly changing market development. In order to meet the needs of production capacity and further improve production efficiency, Sanli Hydraulic added three new processing turning centers and cylinder liner processing automatic lines in January. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the new automatic assembly line is composed of Doosan PUMA215 machine tool, modern multi-joint robot, loading and unloading warehouse, rotary orientation mechanism, and turnover mechanism, mainly processing our company's cylinder liner, which is used by the machine tool chucks imported from South Korea, good stability and high precision. The robot also uses the modern H020 imported from South Korea, bearing 20KG, 6-axis multi-joint, using the teaching mode programming, easy to operate. The loading and unloading warehouse adopts 20-station rotating warehouse, which is shared with loading and unloading. The expected loading quantity is 95 pieces (19 stations), and the expected processing time is 4.75 hours.
